Salary cut / job layoff in times of corona
I would ask you a simple question - Would you prefer to get your salary cut by say 50% and if your answer is no then we would like to lay you off the job till the times are normal again. Will that be ok ? I have quite a few friends who have gone through this situation in the last month and a half and are quite upset with this. Share your views on how to tackle this question as new jobs are hard to find in corona times ...
